The Life of a Freelance Worker
Have you ever thought how great it would be to work from home and not be involved in some huge money scam doing it? Well I am glad to say it is possible. Since November 2007 I have become a freelance worker for the job site odesk.com. It gave me the ability to be a stay at home mom and still get the same income I would worker out in the work force.
Its allowed me to become great in many business areas, and getting even more knowledge with each day I work. At first yes it was very hard to find work, but once you do it seems to be much less complicated. I swear it took me at least 2 months to prove myself as a qualified worker and many tests in process, but it was worth while…
There are many struggles you’ll have to conquer like being able to stick to your own schedule, fight the distractions in your surrounding, or even getting yourself up to work. Seriously set yourself a routine like you’d have in the business world it will help out greatly. Have a 9-5 schedule if possible, make sure you treat your freelance work like a real job or you could fail.
The life of a freelance worker is great and if you could do it then do it. Keep your day job if you want until you’ve set yourself up with a great steady job instead of getting yourself stuck into a difficult situation. Finding freelance work online can be risky, but if you take all the precautionary steps you will be safe Like I am.
